We will issue a refund within the first 30 days of working together if you are unhappy with the service, or if we find that we are unable to accommodate specific requirements or complexities of your account. Outside of the first 30 days, we look for a 6 month minimum commitment on a month-to-month basis.
Can I quit any time?
After your first 6 months of service, the agreements will renew on a month-to-month basis. If at any time you’d wish to switch service we will help you do so.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments will be made by credit card via a secured billing partners (Chargebee and Stripe), with automated scheduled charges.
Does it matter where I am from?
We currently are only able to work with clients based in the United States.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes, you are able to upgrade or downgrade your plans with one month’s notice of your next bill.
Can we schedule an initial consultation prior to purchase?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, we’d prefer you schedule a complimentary 30 – 60 min call with our team prior to purchasing, so we can get a better understanding of your needs.
